1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using www.kingsley-creative.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Kingsley Creative offers premium home fragrance and lifestyle products including candles, journals, mugs, textiles, and wall art. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

3. PRICING ERRORS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, unauthorized discount code, or system malfunction. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an invalid promotional code due to technical error, we will notify you and offer the option to complete your purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund. This includes but is not limited to errors generated by automated systems, chatbots, or third-party integrations. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed with unauthorized or erroneous pricing.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.

5. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled through automated systems and may begin production within 30 minutes of order placement. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders may be fulfilled by multiple third-party partners. Return addresses and packaging may vary, but all items are sent on behalf of Kingsley Creative. Total delivery time from order placement to delivery may be up to 3 weeks. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We currently ship to United States addresses only.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Kingsley Creative and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kingsley Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where Kingsley Creative is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
