SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product type and current order volume. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days
  • Shipping time: 5-10 business days
  • Total time from order to delivery: Up to 3 weeks

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. MULTIPLE FULFILLMENT PARTNERS

Your order may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfillment partners. Return addresses may vary, but all items are sent on behalf of Kingsley Creative. If your order contains multiple items, they may not arrive at the same time.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

  • Orders under $75: Flat shipping rate (calculated at checkout)
  • Orders $75 and over: Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

6. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
