RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At Kingsley Creative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders may begin production as soon as 30 minutes after placement. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately - we will do our best to stop production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the item is already being made. Orders that have entered production cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no charge.

6. QUALITY ISSUES

If you believe your product has a quality issue (such as misprinted designs, poor construction, or material defects), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

7. CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before ordering.

8. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

9. RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns of damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for our errors or defective products.

10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (if applicable)

11. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
